Close to the Pau Courthouse and facing the fountain of the Place de la Liberation, this family brewery created by Mr. and Mrs. Gutierrez in 1997 is installed in the old leather goods Dudon Larqué at 7 rue Saint Jacques in Pau. After having held 13 years the handover is done with the family with Alexandre and Jerome who took over the family business in 2010.

Our ambition is to make you enjoy a pleasant moment, be it a breakfast, a lunch, an aperitif, a group meal or other. Passionate about the culinary art, our chef Aurélien Meubry makes you a traditional French cuisine that will delight your taste buds.
